The building is being preserved and offered for sale. If an acceptable offer is not received the building will be remodeled and stabilized by the Receivership and sold through a Receiver's Sale.
Fawn Properties, LLC - August 2011 - Court Appointed Receiver for two occupied five unit apartment buildings in Cincinnati Ohio. The properties will be managed by Prodigy and they will be offered to the public at Receiver sale.
Glacid Investments II, LTD - June 2011 - Court Appointed Receiver for an occupied 64 unit apartment building in Cincinnati Ohio. There are many undesirable tenants occupying the property causing most of the issues. Many evictions will be filed, curb appeal addressed, vacant units turned and the property will be re-leased and stabilized and offered at Receiver Sale.

Wayne E. Anderson - March 2011 - Prior to the Order Appointing Receiver being entered the debtor signed the property over to the lender, deed in lieu of foreclosure. Prodigy was then engaged as the property manager by the lender to manage and stabilize the 12 unit apartment building and commercial rental space and offer the property for sale.
CJ Real Estate Holdings, LLC - February 2011 - Court Appointed Receiver for residential, tenant occupied property portfolio consisting of single family and multi family property types. This assignment consists of four Receiver appointments in each of the following counties: Hamilton County Ohio, Butler County Ohio, Kenton County Kentucky and Campbell County Kentucky. 7162 Liberty Centre Drive Trust - March 2010 - Appointed Receiver on a 10,000 s.f. office building in Liberty Twp. Ohio. The building is partially occupied by the owners real estate company. The rest of the building is occupied by two mortgage brokers and a doctor. Rents are being collected from all four and the plan is to sell the property through a Receiver's sale
Middle Earth Properties - February 2010 - Appointed Receiver on a 5 property portfolio in Cincinnati that consists of 27 residential units and one commercial space. We will manage and maintain the properties and tenants and sell through a Receiver sale.
Nverse, LLC - February 2010 - Appointed Receiver on a 12 unit apartment in Cincinnati. The property was destroyed by vandals and will be secured and sold through a Receiver sale.
Commodore Apartment Company - February 2010 - Appointed Receiver on a 31 unit apartment complex in Avondale. Due to the poor condition, only two paying tenants and massive utility delinquencies we are vacating the building and securing it for a Receiver sale.
Deanna Apartment Company - February 2010 - Appointed Receiver on a 10 property portfolio in Cincinnati that consists of 49 rental units. Most properties are vacant and will be secured and cleaned up. The properties will be sold through a Receiver sale.
H2S, LLC - May 2009 - Retained by the Receiver as the exclusive selling broker for a 66 unit apartment complex in Avondale.
Candlewood, LTD - April 2009 - Before being appointed as Receiver for this 48 unit apartment complex in MT. Washington, the defendant signed the property over to the Plaintiff “deed in lieu”. We stayed on as property manager for the Plaintiff for the 25% occupied building. We evicted the “bad” tenants, made repairs and improvements and are in the “lease up” stage preparing the property for resale.
201 Klotter, LLC - February 2009 - Retained by the Receiver as the exclusive selling broker for a 46 unit apartment complex 2 blocks from the University of Cincinnati. Assisted the Receiver with maintenance duties of the property.
Mack Properties, LLC - January 2009 - Appointed Receiver on a 14 property portfolio in Cleves that consisted of 1-4 unit residential rental property. We collected rent and managed the properties and sold them through a Receiver sale.
Meansco Investments, LLC - January 2009 - Appointed Receiver on a 6 property portfolio in Cleves that consisted of 1-2 unit residential rental properties. We collected rent and managed the properties and sold them through a Receiver sale.
O'Cull's Rentals I, LLC - January 2009 - Appointed Receiver on the defendants office building in Cleves. We vacated the building and sold through a Receiver sale.
O'Cull's Rentals II, LLC - January 2009 - Appointed Receiver on a 26 unit apartment complex in Cleves. We managed the building and tenants, and sold it through a Receiver sale within 30 days of being appointed.
KMJ Management, LLC - May 2008 - Appointed Receiver on a 5 property portfolio in Cincinnati that consisted of a 38 unit apartment complex, 3 SFR rental properties and a 12 acre tract of raw land. We collected rent, leased and maintained the properties until they were purchased by the Plaintiff at Sheriff sale. After the sheriff sale we continued to manage the properties for the Plaintiff.
Southern Ohio Properties, LLC - April 2008 - Appointed Receiver on a 35 property portfolio in Cincinnati that consisted of 1-9 unit residential rental properties. We collected rent, leased and maintained the properties until they were purchased by the Plaintiff at Sheriff sale. After the sheriff sale we continued to manage the properties and were retained as the selling broker and ultimately sold the properties for the Plaintiff for their REO department.
Joshua Chapter One, LLC - April 2008 - Appointed Receiver on an 18 property portfolio in Cincinnati that consisted of 1-4 unit residential rental properties including a luxury condominium. We collected rent, leased and maintained the properties until they were purchased by the Plaintiff at Sheriff sale. After the sheriff sale we continued to manage the properties and were retained as the selling broker and ultimately sold the properties for the Plaintiff for their REO department.
