Curry Ohio Pike, LLC - January 2012 - Prodigy Properties is engaged by the lender who took this 15,000 s.f. retail building back deed in lieu of foreclosure. The property is the former ACE Hardware store in Union Township, Clermont County Ohio. The property is tenant occupied and is being managed and offered for sale by Prodigy Properties.

Betsy Williams - January 2012 - Court Appointed Receiver for three apartment buildings in Hyde Park, Mt. Lookout and Oakley, all neighborhoods of Cincinnati, Ohio. The buildings are occupied and being managed by Prodigy Properties.

Michael Francis - January 2012 - Court Appointed Receiver for a small apartment building in Cincinnati Ohio, Hamilton County. The property is being managed and offered for sale by Prodigy Properties.

Eric Silz - January 2012 - Court Appointed Receiver for a four unit apartment building in White Oak, Hamilton County Ohio. The property is 100% occupied and is being managed and offered for sale by Prodigy Properties.

CPA1 Holdings, LLC - December 2011 - Court Appointed Receiver for a portfolio of 21 single family rental properties in Hamilton County Ohio. Most properties are occupied and will be managed and sold by Prodigy Properties.

Lukehart Meats, LLC - November 2011 - Court Appointed Receiver for a former butcher shop in Cincinnati Ohio. The property is being managed and sold by Prodigy Properties.

FD Dayton, LLC - November 2011 - Court Appointed Receiver for a 12,000 s.f. retail center in Trotwood Ohio, Montgomery County. The property is 100% occupied and is being managed by Prodigy Properties.

Gwendolyn Wright -November 2011 - Court Appointed Receiver for an 11 unit apartment building in Cincinnati Ohio. The property is occupied and is being managed and offered for sale by Prodigy Properties.

J & S Equity - November 2011 - Court Appointed Receiver for a portfolio of six single family rental houses in Hamilton County Ohio. The properties are occupied and being managed and offered for sale by Prodigy Properties.

Tanya Larkins - October 2011 -Court Appointed Receiver for a single family rental property in Hamilton County Ohio. The property is vacant and is being sold by Prodigy Properties.

Kevin Anderson - October 2011 - Prodigy Properties is engaged by the lender who took this three building, 31 unit apartment complex back deed in lieu of foreclosure. The property is being manged and offered for sale by Prodigy Properties.

Thiele - October 2011 - Prodigy Properties is engaged by the lender who took back this two building, eight unit office complex back deed in lieu of foreclosure. The property will be managed and sold by Prodigy Properties.

J.A. Rentals - October 2011 - Court Appointed Receiver for an occupied single family rental property in Hamilton County Ohio. Prodigy will manage the property and it will be offered to the public at Receiver Sale.

A & A Properties - October 2011 - Court Appointed Receiver for three single family rental properties. Prodigy will manage the properties and they will be offered to the public at Receiver Sale.

Beechbend Enterprises - August 2011 - Court Appointed Receiver on an emergency basis of a 44 unit apartment building in Cincinnati. The city had ordered the building vacant due to its poor condition. The building is being preserved and offered for sale. If an acceptable offer is not received the building will be remodeled and stabilized by the Receivership and sold through a Receiver's Sale.

Fawn Properties, LLC - August 2011 - Court Appointed Receiver for two occupied five unit apartment buildings in Cincinnati Ohio. The properties will be managed by Prodigy and they will be offered to the public at Receiver sale.

Glacid Investments II, LTD - June 2011 - Court Appointed Receiver for an occupied 64 unit apartment building in Cincinnati Ohio. There are many undesirable tenants occupying the property causing most of the issues. Many evictions will be filed, curb appeal addressed, vacant units turned and the property will be re-leased and stabilized and offered at Receiver Sale.

Catherine Green-Locke, Trustee - March 2011 - Court Appointed Receiver for a package of single family rental homes scattered throughout Cincinnati. Prodigy will manage the properties and maintain the current tenants and offer the properties to purchasers through a Receiver's sale.

Brian Miller, et al. - March 2011 - Court Appointed Receiver for two single family rental homes on the west side of Cincinnati. Prodigy will manage the properties and maintain the current tenants and offer the properties to purchasers through a Receiver's sale.

Bed & Breakfast Property Management, INC. - March 2011 - Court Appointed Receiver for a rental property in Middletown. Prodigy will manage the property and maintain the current tenants and offer the property to purchasers through a Receiver's sale.

Wayne E. Anderson - March 2011 - Prior to the Order Appointing Receiver being entered the debtor signed the property over to the lender, deed in lieu of foreclosure. Prodigy was then engaged as the property manager by the lender to manage and stabilize the 12 unit apartment building and commercial rental space and offer the property for sale.

CJ Real Estate Holdings, LLC - February 2011 - Court Appointed Receiver for residential, tenant occupied property portfolio consisting of single family and multi family property types. This assignment consists of four Receiver appointments in each of the following counties: Hamilton County Ohio, Butler County Ohio, Kenton County Kentucky and Campbell County Kentucky. The properties and tenants will be maintained by Prodigy and the properties will be offered for sale with Court approval.

Richard Butler & Associates, LLC - November 2010 - Court Appointed Receiver for several scattered site properties in Cincinnati ranging in type from single family & multi family to retail. The properties are tenant occupied and Prodigy is collecting rent, maintaining the properties and has them offered for sale.

Gary Rogers - October 2010 - Court Appointed Receiver for a four family apartment building in Reading Ohio. The property was taken over by us and rents are being collected and the property is being maintained. The property will be sold through a Receiver sale.

Patti Topits - October 2010 - Court Appointed Receiver for a single family rental property located in Monroe Ohio. The property will be managed and improved and offered to buyers through a Receiver sale.

Lookout Ridge Limited Partnership, LLC - October 2010 - Court Appointed Receiver on a 25 unit tax credit apartment complex in Covington Kentucky.

Richard Locke, Trustee - August 2010 - Court Appointed Receiver for a 16 property portfolio of single family rental properties. Rents will be collected and the properties will be managed by us. The properties will be sold through a Receiver sale.

LW Law, LLC - June 2010 - Court Appointed Receiver for two single family rental properties. One property is vacant and the other is rented to a Section 8 tenant. The properties are being managed and will be sold through a Receiver sale.

Scott Brainard - June 2010 - Engaged as the exclusive listing broker to sell a 15 unit apartment building for the Court Appointed Receiver.

KTH Investments, LLC - June 2010 - Court Appointed Receiver for a three family dwelling located in Preble County Ohio. The century old building is fully occupied and is being managed by us. The property will be sold through a Receiver sale.

7162 Liberty Centre Drive Trust - March 2010 - Appointed Receiver on a 10,000 s.f. office building in Liberty Twp. Ohio. The building is partially occupied by the owners real estate company. The rest of the building is occupied by two mortgage brokers and a doctor. Rents are being collected from all four and the plan is to sell the property through a Receiver's sale

Middle Earth Properties - February 2010 - Appointed Receiver on a 5 property portfolio in Cincinnati that consists of 27 residential units and one commercial space. We will manage and maintain the properties and tenants and sell through a Receiver sale.

Nverse, LLC - February 2010 - Appointed Receiver on a 12 unit apartment in Cincinnati. The property was destroyed by vandals and will be secured and sold through a Receiver sale.

Commodore Apartment Company - February 2010 - Appointed Receiver on a 31 unit apartment complex in Avondale. Due to the poor condition, only two paying tenants and massive utility delinquencies we are vacating the building and securing it for a Receiver sale.

Deanna Apartment Company - February 2010 - Appointed Receiver on a 10 property portfolio in Cincinnati that consists of 49 rental units. Most properties are vacant and will be secured and cleaned up. The properties will be sold through a Receiver sale.

H2S, LLC - May 2009 - Retained by the Receiver as the exclusive selling broker for a 66 unit apartment complex in Avondale.

Candlewood, LTD - April 2009 - Before being appointed as Receiver for this 48 unit apartment complex in MT. Washington, the defendant signed the property over to the Plaintiff “deed in lieu”. We stayed on as property manager for the Plaintiff for the 25% occupied building. We evicted the “bad” tenants, made repairs and improvements and are in the “lease up” stage preparing the property for resale.

201 Klotter, LLC - February 2009 - Retained by the Receiver as the exclusive selling broker for a 46 unit apartment complex 2 blocks from the University of Cincinnati. Assisted the Receiver with maintenance duties of the property.

Mack Properties, LLC - January 2009 - Appointed Receiver on a 14 property portfolio in Cleves that consisted of 1-4 unit residential rental property. We collected rent and managed the properties and sold them through a Receiver sale.

Meansco Investments, LLC - January 2009 - Appointed Receiver on a 6 property portfolio in Cleves that consisted of 1-2 unit residential rental properties. We collected rent and managed the properties and sold them through a Receiver sale.

O'Cull's Rentals I, LLC - January 2009 - Appointed Receiver on the defendants office building in Cleves. We vacated the building and sold through a Receiver sale.

O'Cull's Rentals II, LLC - January 2009 - Appointed Receiver on a 26 unit apartment complex in Cleves. We managed the building and tenants, and sold it through a Receiver sale within 30 days of being appointed.

KMJ Management, LLC - May 2008 - Appointed Receiver on a 5 property portfolio in Cincinnati that consisted of a 38 unit apartment complex, 3 SFR rental properties and a 12 acre tract of raw land. We collected rent, leased and maintained the properties until they were purchased by the Plaintiff at Sheriff sale. After the sheriff sale we continued to manage the properties for the Plaintiff.

Southern Ohio Properties, LLC - April 2008 - Appointed Receiver on a 35 property portfolio in Cincinnati that consisted of 1-9 unit residential rental properties. We collected rent, leased and maintained the properties until they were purchased by the Plaintiff at Sheriff sale. After the sheriff sale we continued to manage the properties and were retained as the selling broker and ultimately sold the properties for the Plaintiff for their REO department.

Joshua Chapter One, LLC - April 2008 - Appointed Receiver on an 18 property portfolio in Cincinnati that consisted of 1-4 unit residential rental properties including a luxury condominium. We collected rent, leased and maintained the properties until they were purchased by the Plaintiff at Sheriff sale. After the sheriff sale we continued to manage the properties and were retained as the selling broker and ultimately sold the properties for the Plaintiff for their REO department.
